Created by Isidoros Arvanitis, Ouzo Plomari is the most famous drink in Greece. Traditionally known as ouzo in Greece, it is prepared using aniseed, fennel, star anise, cinnamon, nutmeg, mastic extract and soft spring water from the River Sedountas. It is distilled twice in a small copper still. Delicate and rich, it explodes with smooth flavours and aromas of anise, herbs and sweet spice. It is bright and clear with a significant flavour and aroma. Its alcohol volume percentage is 40.
